How to make Moscato Grilled Chicken
Ingredients
4 chicken breasts
½ 750mL Bottle of Luscious Moscato
1/2 tablespoon of garlic salt
1/2 stick of butter
1/2 tablespoon paprika
Directions:
Marinate chicken in 1/2 bottle of Luscious Moscato for 4 hours.
Melt butter in saucepan and add garlic salt plus the paprika
Grill chicken for approximately 20 minutes on a hot grill with the setting on low, turning it every 5 minutes or so.
Start basting chicken and continue to turn it until sauce is finished or for approximately another 20 minutes.
Serve with a side of salad and the remaining Luscious Moscato
